As part of my training I worked with the physiotherapists at Leatherhead and Effingham RFC.
I am also a member of the Institute of Sport & Remedial Massage (ISRM). The ISRM provides a national register of fully qualified Therapists so potential clients can be assured they are getting good quality treatment, by a therapist who has been professionally trained and receives ongoing support.

Sports BackgroundMy main sport was rugby, playing for clubs in Leicester, Manchester and London. When not involved with rugby I played football, representing Carmarthenshire District and Leicester University. My competitive sporting career was ended by a badly fractured clavicle in September 2001. Throughout my playing career I have had personal experience of the pain and frustration that comes with injury and the associated rehab and time away from your chosen sport.
My main sporting activity now involves a lot less physical contact – with tennis and walking at the top of the list.
